Raveaura ('we', 'us', 'our') operates the Raveaura mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
We collect information you provide directly including: name and email address when you create an account, festival preferences and style choices from onboarding, packing list data and aftercare reminder settings, payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never store your card details), AI chat conversation history to improve your experience.
We use your information to: provide and personalize the Raveaura service, process subscription payments through Stripe, send aftercare reminders you have scheduled, improve our AI companion responses, send service updates and notifications you have opted into.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access.
Raveaura uses the following third party services: Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic Claude API for AI companion features. Each service has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Raveaura is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, opt out of marketing communications, export your data.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
